Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
As a B2B wholesale supplier, we understand the importance of product quality and satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Return must be accompanied by original invoice or order confirmation
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Private label products with custom branding
- Special order items made to specification
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Products without proof of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@888wholesale.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Await return authorization (RMA) number
- Package items securely with RMA number clearly visible
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment. For wholesale accounts with established credit terms, refunds will be issued as account credits.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Photographic evidence of damage may be required. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within the same product line, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the same 14-day return window. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective products. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties. Returned items must clear customs and be received at our warehouse within the 14-day return period. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
