1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 888 Wholesale platform, operated by 888Studios Kft. (company reg. no. 13 09 245507, registered seat 2330 Dunaharaszti, Hungary — see our Legal Notice). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

888 Wholesale is primarily a business-to-business platform, but you may register and buy whether or not you have a registered company (a company name and VAT number are optional). By creating an account you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
• the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date;
• you will not resell products in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Where you buy in the course of a business, our Wholesale Terms also apply. Where you buy as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights apply in full (Section 6).

3. Account Registration

To access pricing and place orders you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may refuse or cancel an order where necessary (for example obvious pricing errors or stock issues). Prices are shown net of tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is by card (via our payment provider) or bank transfer; we may offer a deposit or full-payment option. Minimum order quantities may apply. Production timelines are confirmed before deposit.

5. Taxes, Duties & Import

VAT is applied according to law — Hungarian VAT for domestic orders, reverse charge for EU business buyers with a valid VAT number, and zero-rated export for orders outside the EU. For international shipments, any import VAT, customs duties, and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Consumer Rights

If you purchase as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Consumers can exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal directly through the online “Withdrawal from the contract” function in the account portal, or by any other clear statement. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform remain the property of 888Studios Kft. and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of artwork and designs you upload, and grant us a licence to use them only to produce and fulfil your order.

8. Trade Compliance & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control, customs, and sanctions laws. We do not sell to, and you may not resell to, any party or territory subject to EU, UN, US, or other applicable sanctions or embargoes. We may refuse or cancel any order that would breach these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 888 Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service. Changes take effect when posted, and we will give notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction over business disputes. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there. Consumers may use the competent conciliation board (békéltető testület) before going to court — see our Legal Notice.
