Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per style or color. MOQ for custom or private label orders depends on the production specification and is confirmed in your production quote before any deposit is taken.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal for initial orders. For established clients, we offer NET30 payment terms after the first three successful orders. All wholesale orders require a 50% deposit to initiate production or fulfillment, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Alternatively, clients may choose to pay 100% upfront for priority processing.
Yes, samples are available on request. Sample pricing reflects individual production and handling costs and differs from bulk unit pricing; shipping costs apply. Sample terms are stated in your quote before you order.
Standard production takes around 1 week; custom orders take 2–3 weeks. Shipping begins after production: 3–5 business days within Europe, 7–10 business days internationally. Your order confirmation states a binding production schedule — the date you approve is the date we commit to. Rush production and expedited shipping are available on request.

This includes embroidery, stitching, embossed and reflective details, custom labels, hang tags, and custom zipper pull designs. Every branding and production specification is confirmed in your production quote before production starts.
Returns are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Custom and private label orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified. All approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags. Please contact our team before initiating any return.
