GARMENT OVERVIEW
A cylindrical barrel body at roughly 50 litres. The round section holds more than a flat-sided bag of the same footprint, which is why team kit and tool transport use it.
Construction
900 denier polyester with a full-length top zip, webbing grab handles stitched fully around the barrel body rather than to the panel alone, and a wipe-clean coated base. Cut in 100% polyester, coated base at 900D Polyester, in an approx. 50 litre fit graded across One size.

Who orders it
Team kit transport, trades and touring crew. Handles wrapped around the body is the load-bearing detail: handles stitched only to a panel tear out under a heavy load, which is the usual failure.

The barrel side takes a large screen print or a woven panel. Because the surface curves, keep artwork under 26 cm wide or the edges distort when the bag is packed full.

From 100 units per colour. Heaviest denier in the range at 900D, so it costs more per metre and the price reflects material rather than construction complexity.
