No. The request form is open. Opening a wholesale account is a separate step and is not a condition of receiving samples.

We review each request and confirm dispatch within one business day. Transit time after that depends on your destination and the carrier.

Both are available. Fabric swatches show weight, hand feel, and color. A full product sample shows construction, fit, and finishing. Tell us which you need in the request and we pull accordingly.

Yes. Samples are pulled from current production stock, so what you evaluate on your bench is the material your order runs in. If a reference is out of current stock we tell you rather than substituting silently.

Not through this form. Branded and private label samples are pre-production pieces made to your specification, so they are quoted through the private label process rather than pulled from stock. Start on the Private Label page or book a consultation.

Keep the request to the references you actually need to evaluate. If the list is long we confirm scope and cost with you first, rather than sending a partial box without telling you.

No. There is no obligation to order. If you do proceed, the standard minimum is 100 units per style or color. Custom and private label minimums are confirmed in your production quote.
