Patterns

WHATEVER STAGE YOU'RE IN.

Submit a pattern file, a reference garment, or a technical sketch. Three structured entry points matched to your project stage.

Capability

  • XXS → 5XL grading
  • Pattern digitisation
  • PDF · DXF · AAMA formats
AEntry A

YOU SHIP THE PATTERN

PDF · DXF · AAMA. We digitise, true the lines, and grade XXS through 5XL against your fit standard.

BEntry B

YOU SHIP A REFERENCE

A garment you love. We deconstruct, draft a new pattern, and re-spec it to hit your fit, fabric, and tolerance.

CEntry C

WE DRAFT FROM SCRATCH

A sketch, a moodboard, or a verbal brief. Concept becomes tech pack becomes sealed sample, handled end to end.

Production lifecycle

FROM TECH PACK TO PALLET

A 45-day production cycle across six gated stages, run in audited garment factories. Every transition requires a formal sign-off before work proceeds.

  1. 01 · Brief Intake

    BLUEPRINT, SKETCH, OR SAMPLE

Ship a tech pack, a reference garment, or just a sketch and a brief. Any starting point works. Our engineering desk converts it into a production-ready spec, so no guesswork carries forward.

    Day 0–3

  2. 02 · Sampling

    PROTO & SEALED SAMPLE

First proto in 10–14 days. Up to two free revisions before sealed sample sign-off. Approval gate: every following stage references the sealed sample.

    Day 3–17

  3. 03 · Pre-Production Audit

    COMPONENT VERIFICATION

Bulk fabric, trims, accessories, and branding components inspected against the sealed sample before cutting begins. Substitutions require explicit re-approval.

    Day 17–22

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Common questions about our services, ordering process, and partnership requirements.

Branding

Yes. Private label production runs under your own name with optional pattern replication and a full range of branding applications: 3D puff embroidery, screen print, DTF, sublimation, woven and damask labels, hang tags and care labels, custom hardware and trims, and heat transfer or reflective detailing. Every branding and production specification is confirmed in your production quote before production starts.

Production

All three entry points are supported. You can ship us a finished pattern, ship a reference garment for us to measure and draft from, or hand over a brief and have us draft from scratch. Patterns are digitised and graded across the size run, and we return them in PDF, DXF, or AAMA format.

Colour is locked in three stages: a lab dip you approve, a bulk approval against that dip, and a production lock for the run. Maximum colour deviation across batches is held to a ΔE of 1.5 or better, so a reorder matches the batch before it.

Ordering

Private label starts at 100 units per style, the same minimum as blanks. Custom specifications can move that figure, so the MOQ for your particular build is confirmed in the production quote before any deposit is taken. The full volume-break ladder and account tiers are published on the Pricing page.

The lifecycle runs brief intake, sampling, pre-production audit, production (cut, sew, brand), final inspection at AQL 2.5, and cartonised dispatch. Custom production is typically 2–3 weeks once the pre-production sample is approved, plus shipping. Submit a tech pack, reference garment, or brand book and the engineering desk returns a costed production plan within 5 business days.
