Wholesale Terms

1. Partner Eligibility

These Wholesale Terms apply when you buy in the course of a business. An account can be opened by anyone — a registered company is welcome but not required (a company name and VAT number are optional). By opening and using a wholesale account you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract;
• the business and tax information you provide is accurate and kept up to date;
• where you trade as a registered business, you hold any licences your activity requires;
• you will not resell our products in breach of any applicable law (see Section 8 of our Terms of Service on trade compliance and sanctions).

Account approval is automatic on registration. We may, however, decline, suspend, or close an account, or refuse or cancel any order, where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.

2. Pricing Structure

888 manufactures to order, so catalogue prices are indicative. The binding price for any order is the production quote we confirm to you before you pay a deposit. In general:

• Catalogue unit rates are guide prices and vary with fabric, print/sew method, finishing, and volume;
• Volume rates apply automatically at the quantities shown on each product;
• Private-label and bespoke work is priced per project in your production quote;
• The price you approve at quote is the price we honour for that order;
• All prices are net — exclusive of VAT and shipping, which are added per Section 5 and Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

3. Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply so production runs are viable. The applicable MOQ is shown on each product and is enforced at checkout; it varies by product and customization. Where an order combines several products, the MOQ is assessed per product line.

4. Payment Terms

Orders are placed against a confirmed production quote. Our standard terms are:

• A 50% deposit secures your production slot; the balance is due before dispatch. You may also pay in full up front for priority processing.
• Accepted payment methods: card (via our payment provider, Stripe) and bank transfer.
• Production starts once the deposit clears and the order is confirmed.
• Any agreed credit terms (for example net terms for established accounts) apply only where we confirm them to you in writing; absent that, deposit-and-balance is the default.
• Overdue balances on agreed credit terms may bear statutory late-payment interest under Hungarian law.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

888 Wholesale ships internationally. Because wholesale orders commonly move by pallet or freight, shipping is quoted rather than auto-calculated:

• Every order is given a binding production schedule before deposit, confirmed against volume, customization, and factory capacity — the date you approve is the date we commit to.
• Shipping is quoted per order based on destination, weight, and method; at checkout the order is created with shipping shown as “awaiting quote,” and the quoted cost is added before the balance falls due.
• Priority production is available for an additional fee.
• Tracking is provided for all shipments once dispatched.
• For international shipments, import VAT, customs duties, and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Business returns are handled through the portal RMA flow (standard window: 30 days from delivery) and our full Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

• Defective or damaged products: replacement or full refund at no cost to you;
• Wrong items shipped: exchanged at no cost;
• Goods ordered in error by the buyer: returnable only if unused and resalable, and may be subject to a restocking fee;
• Custom and private-label production is made to your specification and is non-returnable unless defective;
• All returns require a prior RMA number — returns without one cannot be accepted.

The consumer 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business buyers; if you in fact buy as a consumer, your statutory rights apply in full as set out in the Refund & Return Policy, and you can exercise them through the online “Withdrawal from the contract” function in your account portal.

7. Quality Standards

All 888 Wholesale products undergo quality-control checks before shipment. Please report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and any other quality issue promptly through the portal RMA flow, in any event within the 30-day return window. Reporting times do not limit a consumer's statutory warranty rights.

8. Private Label Services

Private label options include custom branding, labels, and packaging. Minimum order quantities apply. Lead times are longer for custom orders. Design assistance available. Setup fees may apply for new private label accounts.

9. Exclusivity and Territory

Standard wholesale agreements are non-exclusive. Exclusive territory rights may be negotiated for high-volume partners. Geographic restrictions may apply to certain products or brands. Contact our partnership team to discuss exclusive arrangements.
