A 400 gsm gusseted tote with long handles. The gusset means it stands up on its own when loaded, which is the difference between a retail bag and a giveaway.
400 gsm cotton canvas with a boxed 10 cm base gusset, long shoulder handles reinforced with an X-box stitch, an internal slip pocket and a double-fold top hem. Cut in 100% cotton canvas at 400 gsm Cotton Canvas, in a gusseted, long handle fit graded across One size.
Retail, farm shops and premium merch, where the bag is sold rather than given away. The X-box stitch at the handle is the reason it survives being loaded with bottles.
The front panel takes a large screen print and the gusset allows an additional side print, which the flat tote cannot offer. Embroidery works well on canvas at this weight.
From 100 units per colour. The gusset and internal pocket are two extra make operations over the flat tote, which explains most of the price difference between the two.
