Coordinate outbound shipments via DHL and Transemex, manage carrier communications, track active consignments, and resolve delivery exceptions. Work directly with the operations lead and admin system.

- Manage carrier communications and track active consignments
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customs documentation issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records in the admin system
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, or logistics ops
- Experience with customs documentation for EU exports
- Detail-oriented with structured communication habits
- English required; Hungarian strongly preferred
