Applicant Privacy Notice

1. Who We Are

Your application is handled by 888Studios Kft. (2330 Dunaharaszti, Hungary), the data controller. This notice explains how we process your personal data when you apply for a role. Our general Privacy Policy also applies.

2. What We Collect

When you submit an application, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• the role you are applying for;
• the message and any details you choose to include.

Please do not include special-category data (e.g. health, religion, political views) in your application — it is not required and we ask you not to send it.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We use your data solely to assess your application and communicate with you about it. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in recruiting (Art. 6(1)(f)). If you ask us to keep your details for future openings, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data once the role is filled, unless you have consented to us keeping it in our talent pool — in which case we retain it for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you are hired, your data becomes part of your employee record under a separate notice.

5. Recipients

Your application is seen only by the people involved in hiring and is processed using our email and hosting providers (see our Privacy Policy). We do not sell or share it for unrelated purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your application data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Hungarian data-protection authority (NAIH) or your local authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@888wholesale.co.
