GARMENT OVERVIEW
Heavy cotton canvas rather than a poly blend. It is stiffer out of the box and softens with wear, which is what buyers in heritage workwear are actually paying for.
Construction
Cotton canvas in a plain weave with flat patch cargo pockets, triple-stitched inseam, reinforced seat panel, metal shank button at the waist and a YKK-grade zip fly. Cut in 100% cotton canvas at 320 gsm, in a relaxed fit graded across XS–3XL.
Specification
- Fabric: 100% Cotton Canvas, 320 gsm
- Fit: Relaxed
- Size run: XS–3XL
- Stock colours: Black, Sand, Olive, Stone, Brown
- Unit weight: approx. 780 g
- Care: Machine wash 40 °C, tumble dry low, hot iron
Who orders it
Heritage workwear ranges and premium streetwear. Pure cotton wears in rather than wearing out, so it suits brands selling durability as a story rather than as a technical claim.
Branding
Canvas takes embroidery cleanly at any position and is the best surface in this cluster for a woven or leather patch at the back waistband. Screen print sits on the surface and abrades faster on a woven than on a knit.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Cotton canvas shrinks on first wash unless pre-shrunk, and this fabric is, but confirm the finished measurements against the sample rather than the pattern.
