Five panel crown with no front centre seam, a flat unstructured front, short pre-curved peak, webbing and clip closure at the back and a moisture-wicking inner band. Cut in 100% cotton at 240 gsm Cotton Twill, in an unstructured five panel fit graded across One size.
Skate, outdoor and streetwear labels. The seamless front takes a large screen print or a full-width woven label, which a six panel physically cannot.
The absence of a centre seam allows artwork up to 14 cm wide across the whole front, the largest usable area of any cap in this range. A woven label across the front is the common streetwear build.
From 100 units per colour. The clip closure is a plastic component sourced separately, and a custom-moulded clip is available above 500 units.
