A longer 35 cm placket on a heavy fleece body. The deeper opening changes how the collar sits when unzipped, which is the whole reason to specify half over quarter.
Heavy loopback fleece with a 35 cm zip, double-layer stand collar that holds its shape unzipped, and reinforced placket stitching at the zip stop. Cut in 80% cotton / 20% polyester at 380 gsm, in a regular fit graded across S–2XL.
Premium outdoor merch and heritage-styled ranges. The double-layer collar is what stops the neckline collapsing, which is the usual failure point on cheaper half-zip builds.
The longer placket reduces the centre print area compared with a quarter zip, so branding here is normally left chest embroidery or a back panel print. Collar-stand embroidery works well because the collar is double layered.
