Construction

Heavy loopback fleece, wide 2x2 ribbed collar with double stitching, reinforced shoulder taping and a deep rib hem. Cut in 80% cotton / 20% polyester at 400 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–3XL.

Premium merch and staff pieces at senior level, where a hoodie reads as too casual but a shirt is wrong for the environment. Also a strong reorder in cold-climate distribution.

Branding

Loopback holds high-density and puff print cleanly across the whole front. Because the collar rib is wide, avoid placing artwork above 8 cm from the neckline or it will distort when the collar is pulled on.

Ordering

From 100 units per colour, with the fleece knitted to order above 500. Heavier cartons mean freight is quoted by weight rather than volume on this style, so consolidate colours into one shipment where possible.
