GARMENT OVERVIEW
A full shirt in fluorescent fabric rather than a vest worn over one. It gives visibility as the outer garment itself, which some sites require and others do not.
Construction
Fluorescent poly-cotton with segmented reflective tape at chest, waist and both sleeves, a button-through front, two flap chest pockets and a contrast navy lower body and cuffs. Cut in 65% polyester / 35% cotton at 175 gsm Poly-Cotton, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.
Specification
- Fabric: 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton, 175 gsm Poly-Cotton
- Fit: Regular
- Size run: XS–5XL
- Stock colours: Yellow / Navy, Orange / Navy
- Unit weight: approx. 320 g
- Care: Machine wash 60 °C, do not iron over reflective tape, do not bleach
Who orders it
Rail, utilities and highways teams working full shifts where a vest over a t-shirt is not accepted. The contrast lower body is a soiling decision, since fluorescent fabric greys fastest at hem height.
Branding
Branding is limited to the contrast navy panels and the chest area above the upper tape. It must never cross or obscure a reflective band, and placement is fixed on the pre-production sample.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour across the full grade. The visibility performance required for a given site is agreed in writing before production; this listing describes construction only.
