GARMENT OVERVIEW
Fluorescent lower legs with segmented reflective bands. The visibility class a site requires depends on the work environment and is agreed in writing before production, not read off this listing.
Construction
Poly-cotton twill with fluorescent lower leg panels, segmented reflective tape above each knee, knee pad pockets, a reinforced seat and a contrast dark upper body to hide soiling. Cut in 65% polyester / 35% cotton twill at 280 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.

Who orders it
Highway maintenance, rail and yard operations. The dark upper with fluorescent lower is the standard configuration because the legs stay visible when the wearer is crouched behind a barrier.
Branding
Branding must not obstruct or overlap the reflective tape, so it is limited to the dark upper panel. Position is confirmed on the pre-production sample rather than assumed from the artwork.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour across XS to 5XL. Reflective tape is heat-applied, so these garments must never be ironed over the tape and the care label states that explicitly.
