GARMENT OVERVIEW
A polo knitted to shape rather than cut and sewn from piqué. The collar is part of the garment rather than attached to it, which is visible the moment it is picked up.
Construction
Fully fashioned 12-gauge knit with an integral knitted collar, three-button placket linked into the body and rib at cuff and hem. Cut in 60% cotton / 40% acrylic at 240 gsm, in a regular fit graded across S–2XL.
Specification
- Fabric: 60% Cotton / 40% Acrylic, 240 gsm
- Fit: Regular
- Size run: S–2XL
- Stock colours: Black, Navy, Ecru, Olive
- Unit weight: approx. 320 g
- Care: Machine wash 30 °C wool cycle, dry flat, do not tumble dry
Who orders it
Premium hospitality and boutique retail where a standard piqué polo undersells the setting. It bridges the polo and knitwear categories, and is usually ordered as a single hero piece rather than in a full grade.
Branding
Embroidery at the left chest with a fine thread. Because the collar is knitted in, there is no collar stand seam to hide a label, so neck branding uses a heat-applied label rather than a stitched one.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Knitting time rather than sewing time sets the schedule here, the same as the rest of the knitwear group, so it does not slot into a standard polo lead time.
