Single jersey with a 1x1 ribbed collar, taped neck and shoulder, and twin-needle sleeve and bottom hems. Cut in 100% combed cotton at 150 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–3XL.

Event agencies and promo distributors buying by the pallet. At this weight the decision is almost always unit price against print quality, and 150 gsm is where that line sits.
Branding
Screen print is the sensible method here. DTG sinks into a light jersey and loses edge definition, so it is offered but rarely specified at this weight.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour, though realistic orders on this style start nearer 500. It packs the tightest of any tee in the range, so freight per unit drops sharply with volume.
