GARMENT OVERVIEW
A coated 50 denier shell with taped seams. Coating and taping are what a jacket is built with; the millimetre rating is what a laboratory measures, and that figure is not claimed here.
Construction
50 denier polyester with a polyurethane coating on the reverse face, seam tape applied over every stitched seam, a storm flap over the front zip, mesh-lined body for airflow and an adjustable hood. Cut in 100% polyester shell / polyester mesh lining at 50D PU-Coated Polyester, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.

Outdoor events, grounds maintenance and any team issued a packable layer that lives in a vehicle. Where a specific waterproof rating is contractually required, request the fabric test report before ordering.
Branding
Embroidery perforates a coated shell and breaks the seal, so branding on this garment is heat transfer only. That is a functional restriction rather than a preference, and it is stated at quote stage.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Seam taping is a separate machine operation after make, so it adds time rather than cost per unit, and the schedule reflects that.
