Client Onboarding Specialist

Sales / Customer Success Full-time or Contract Remote (EU timezone)

Own the first 30 days of a new client's experience. Respond to inbound registrations, guide clients through the B2B portal, assist with first orders, and hand off to account management. Commission eligible on first closed orders.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound registrations and qualify new clients
  • Guide clients through the B2B portal and their first order
  • Assist with first orders and hand off cleanly to account management
  • Document onboarding feedback to improve the flow

What we're looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Previous customer success, inside sales, or support experience
  • Ability to learn internal systems quickly
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
