GARMENT OVERVIEW
A 12-gauge knitted crew, not a fleece sweatshirt. The difference is that this one is knitted to shape rather than cut from a roll, so the ribs align at every seam.
Construction
Fully fashioned 12-gauge knit with linked shoulder seams, 2x2 rib at collar, cuff and hem, and no cut edges anywhere in the garment. Cut in 50% cotton / 50% acrylic at 280 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–3XL.

Branding
Embroidery only, never print, since ink cracks along the rib. A knitted-in jacquard logo is available above 500 units and costs nothing per unit once the needle setup is done.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Knitted to order rather than cut from stock fabric, so the lead time is set by knitting capacity and is quoted per run rather than from a standard table.
