A flat peak shipped flat, not pre-curved. The peak is the whole silhouette on this style, and a cap that arrives with a bent peak is a returns problem, so it packs in a rigid carton.
Construction
Six panel structured crown with a fused front, flat peak with a removable protective sticker, and a seven-row plastic snap closure at the back. Cut in 100% cotton at 270 gsm Cotton Twill, in a structured six panel fit graded across One size.
