A coated shell with a full fleece lining, sold as one garment rather than as a three-in-one system. Fewer components means fewer things to lose, which is what uniform managers actually ask for.
50 denier PU-coated shell with taped seams over a bonded 200 gsm anti-pill fleece lining, two-way front zip, zipped hand pockets with fleece bags and a roll-away hood in the collar. Cut in 100% polyester shell and lining at 50D Shell / 200 gsm Fleece Lining, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.
Winter facilities and grounds teams. Specified over a three-in-one because a zip-out liner is the component that goes missing first in any programme with more than fifty wearers.
Heat transfer on the shell only, at low temperature. Embroidery would pierce the coating and the fleece behind it, so it is not offered on this garment at any position.
From 100 units per colour across the full grade. Shell and lining are bonded before cutting, so both fabrics must arrive together and the lead time is set by the later of the two.
