Construction
Three-layer bonded softshell in fluorescent yarn with segmented reflective tape at the chest, waist and both sleeves, a contrast dark lower body, full-length zip with chin guard and zipped hand pockets. Cut in 100% polyester, 3-layer bonded at 300 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.

Who orders it
Highway, rail and utilities teams needing a warm outer layer that stays compliant. The contrast lower body is a soiling decision: fluorescent fabric at hem height greys quickly on site.
Branding
Branding must never overlap or obstruct the reflective tape, so it is limited to the dark lower panel or the area between chest tapes. Position is confirmed on the pre-production sample.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour across XS to 5XL. Reflective tape is heat-applied and must not be ironed or dry cleaned; the care label states this and the garment is rejected on inspection if it is.
