GARMENT OVERVIEW
Organically grown cotton fleece for ranges that have to answer a sourcing question in the tender rather than on the hangtag.
Construction
Organic loopback fleece, three-panel lined hood, undyed cotton drawcord, side-seamed body and 2x2 rib in the same organic yarn as the shell. Cut in 100% organic cotton at 330 gsm, in a regular fit graded across XS–3XL.
Specification
- Fabric: 100% Organic Cotton, 330 gsm
- Fit: Regular
- Size run: XS–3XL
- Stock colours: Black, Heather Grey, Ecru, Sage
- Unit weight: approx. 580 g
- Care: Machine wash 30 °C, tumble dry low, do not iron print
Who orders it
Specified mainly by universities, public bodies and B Corp clients whose procurement rules require documented fibre origin. The undyed drawcord is a deliberate signal that the trim was not sourced separately.
Branding
Water-based and discharge inks are the usual choice here so the finished garment matches the sourcing story. Embroidery uses recycled polyester thread on request. Documentation for the run is issued with the shipment.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Chain of custody paperwork is produced per production run, so a repeat order carries its own documentation rather than inheriting the first one. Build two extra weeks into the schedule for the certification paperwork.
