GARMENT OVERVIEW
A padded winter jacket in fluorescent fabric. Warmth and visibility are two separate requirements and this garment is specified against both, with the class confirmed per programme.
Construction
Fluorescent polyester shell with stitched-through baffles, 200 gsm wadding, segmented reflective tape at chest, waist and sleeves, knitted storm cuffs and a concealed hood in the collar. Cut in 100% polyester shell, lining and fill at Fluorescent Polyester Shell / 200 gsm Wadding, in a regular fit graded across XS–5XL.

Who orders it
Winter highway maintenance, rail and yard operations. The knitted storm cuff is what stops cold air travelling up the sleeve, which is the specific complaint about padded jackets with elastic cuffs.
Branding
Two constraints stack here: branding must clear the reflective tape AND must not pierce a filled baffle. That leaves the upper chest above the top tape line, and that is where it goes.
