Manage a portfolio of approved wholesale accounts from initial onboarding through reorder cycles. Own the relationship end-to-end: catalog guidance, order support, and retention. 10% commission on all closed revenue from your accounts.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale
- Fluent English; Hungarian preferred, Spanish a strong plus
- Comfort with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes
- Understanding of apparel or consumer goods supply chains
Coordinate outbound shipments via DHL and Transemex, manage carrier communications, track active consignments, and resolve delivery exceptions. Work directly with the operations lead and admin system.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, or logistics ops
- Experience with customs documentation for EU exports
- Detail-oriented with structured communication habits
- English required; Hungarian strongly preferred
Own the first 30 days of a new client's experience. Respond to inbound registrations, guide clients through the B2B portal, assist with first orders, and hand off to account management. Commission eligible on first closed orders.
What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Previous customer success, inside sales, or support experience
- Ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
Manage ongoing relationships with our manufacturing vendors in Portugal, Turkey, and Bangladesh. Coordinate production timelines, quality audits, and capacity planning. Occasional on-site factory visits required.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in garment production, textile sourcing, or factory management
- Experience conducting supplier audits or QC inspections
- Willingness to travel 4–6 times per year
- Strong negotiation skills; English required, additional languages welcome

Commission cap calculated at the EUR/HUF rate published by the Hungarian National Bank on the last business day of each quarter.
