GARMENT OVERVIEW
A fluorescent cap with reflective piping. It supports a visibility programme but does not carry a garment class on its own, and that distinction is stated rather than blurred.
Construction
Five panel crown in fluorescent polyester with reflective piping along every panel seam and around the peak edge, a moisture-wicking inner band and a webbing and clip closure. Cut in 100% polyester at 160 gsm Woven Polyester, in an unstructured five panel fit graded across One size.

Who orders it
Site and yard teams as part of a wider visibility programme. It is issued alongside a rated vest or jacket, never as a substitute for one, and the copy says so deliberately.
Branding
Branding must not cover the reflective piping. The front panel between the seams is the usable area, and the position is confirmed on the sample before production.
Ordering
From 100 units per colour. Where a programme requires certified visibility, the rated garment carries that requirement; this cap is supplementary and is quoted as such.
